I made a 1.6 Liter starter for Wyeast London ESB yeast. My beer is going to have an OG of 1.058. The starter was made on Saturday, for a Sunday brew, but I will not be brewing until Thursday or Friday.

My revised plan is to put the starter in the fridge and decant the cleared beer off the slurry on the morning of the brew.

Should I add some fresh wort that day? I am not trying to build up the yeast count. So I think I do not need to add fresh wort, just get it up to fermentation temperature and pitch the slurry.

Thoughts?
