kegged coopers draught on friday. primed it with sugar, and sealed with co2. going to let it carb up naturally. do i need to let the pressire off the corny keg every so often to prevent over carbing? or should i just leave it for a fornight then try it?

Cheers.

No, leave it. It needs to produce the carbonation and then absorb it. Keep it in a warm place for a couple of weeks while you read up on force carbing.

Cheers! I suppose the corny can stand the pressure that the yeasties create at this stage yeah?

Yes, they are normally rated to 130 psi, IIRC. If you primed with the correct amount of sugar, you won't come close to that pressure inside the keg.
