I couldn't sleep tonight, so I opened up Photoshop and designed a few labels. These are all recipes I plan to brew, one for each season! They include...

Summer: Black Cherry Wheat
Fall: Granny Smith Cider
Winter: Holiday Naughty or Spice
Spring: Irish Car Bomb Stout (St. Patty's)

How do they look?

i like them but they look a little dark to me.

+1 on the darkness. Lighten up a little :D

Also, I might suggest not having identical side panels. Perhaps one could list the ingredients and the other could give a description of the beer or other information about the brew.

Good work, though.

I'm lightening them up now.

Would it look odd if I simply cut off one of the side bars all together? I don't really care to put an ingredient list or other info on the labels at this point. Would it look too lop-sided if the logo wasn't centered?

Here's what I've ended up with. A more standard size at 4x3, lightened up a bit, and changed some fonts to read easier.
