That is one clear beer! Very nice looking beverage you got there fella'


Thanks! I'm pretty proud of that beer. It was my first attempt at a Kölsch and the only finning was a tsp of Irish moss in the kettle and the beer was bottle conditioned.
It's a very crisp refreshing beer.
 
Those are Pall Mall's. Cheapest under 5 bucks. Dang, I can't wait till pay day. I wanna try to order a few batches worth of ingredients. I like to smoke when I drink hb's or after a meal.
 
Belgian Pale Ale with first try of safale abbaye. Not particularly impressed with the yeast, but I'll drink the lot of them :)

actually it's not way dry... The pear cider was a Mangrove Jack's Kit that had some kind of sweetener in a plastic packet you put in after fermentation. I had made this two years ago using fresh pears. Truthfully I think if I use the kit again I'll leave the sweetener out.
