Damn, I'm digging that bbq back there. The beer looks fab too!

Kölsch that I bottled last month. Used Wyeast 2565 and it tastes great!! Just takes a little while to clear.

Thanks! I'm pretty proud of that beer. It was my first attempt at a Kölsch and the only finning was a tsp of Irish moss in the kettle and the beer was bottle conditioned.
It's a very crisp refreshing beer.

My buckeye Red, needed a cleaner glass though;

My 3rd version of whiskely stout I named Queen Anne's Revenge;

Those are Pall Mall's. Cheapest under 5 bucks. Dang, I can't wait till pay day. I wanna try to order a few batches worth of ingredients. I like to smoke when I drink hb's or after a meal.

Basically a pilsner/pear cider combo with Citra hops. Fermented using champagne yeast. YUMMY

How dry did that turn out???

actually it's not way dry... The pear cider was a Mangrove Jack's Kit that had some kind of sweetener in a plastic packet you put in after fermentation. I had made this two years ago using fresh pears. Truthfully I think if I use the kit again I'll leave the sweetener out.

I just bottled up three gallons of this that I put oak chips in... I think I have a brew that is going be to on my table at Thanksgiving. I had a taste while I was bottling it up. Can barely wait till it's carbonated up in a few weeks.

Just poured the test bottle of a spiced cherry dubbel I made from Randy Mosher's Radical Brewing book.

This is my latest homebrew. American light.
I'm surprised at the flavor, and the drinkability of this. It was a Brewers best kit, and it was very cheap. This is a beer that is very good.

This one is a Rye IPA with lots of Centennial and Amarillo. Very tasty beer despite it being a bit cloudy. Also my first beer in my keg system.

I think cloudiness boosts the appeal of certain styles sometimes. It's like the beer has so much flavor and mouthfeel, it can't help but show it off.
