Stout AG Recipe Recommendation Needed

Hi all,

I want to brew a Stout for an inter-club competition coming up next year. I need recipe recommendations as I haven't ever brewed this style before.

I am open as to the exact sub category as long as it is a good Stout. I have some PacMan yeast to wash so I may use it for my Stout. Thanks for your thoughts.

I've brewed O Flannagan's and BierMuncher's. I prefer Flannagans, but both are very good.
