All the beer was fermented with Wyeast German Ale 1007 and WLP530 Westmalle yeast.

The carboys then were all treated different. One Red got brett brux and one Pale got brett lamb. The other two were the fruited beers. One cherry and one raspberry both with brux and lamb.

This morning I started the lacto and pedio in separate 1.020 wort filled jars. Placed at the roof line in the garage it should hover in the 80's during the day.

After one or two weeks all the beers will get 50/50 lacto/pedio.
