What size heat sink for three solid state 40amp relays would I need for this. It will be bolted on outside of plastic box.

I was wanting to put them all on one heat sink.

You may want to go to the SSR website and look at the specs, I have to imagine that they provide the specs required for their devices plus when there are multiple devices.

Are they all going to be on a once? If they are only going to be run one at a time, any heatsink that can fit all 3 with an inch or so of space should be fine.

For my 2 x 40amp SSRs I bought a surplus 3" x 8" aluminum heatsink and just tapped holes. The base is a full 3/8" thick.
