First time doing cider.

I purchased farm fresh cider at the orchard today, my home brew store sold me campden tabs, after putting them in, do I keep it in the refrigerator or leave them at room temp for the 24 hrs?? I could not find a straight answer online. Thanks for the help!!

Room temp for 24 hrs. And don't put any liquid in the airlock yet. Let the Camden tablets gas off then pitch yeast with liquid in airlock.

And when should I put the pectin enzyme in?

When you pitch your yeast. You could have actually added it with the campden tablets.
