Folks, I'm in the NYC area and we really don't have any homebrew shops.
So just about everything I get is online.
I'm trying to find Hallerttau Mittlefruh for a Sam Adams clone but it's really not looking good.
Does anyone know of a good substitute that might be available ?
 
There are so many hallertauer varieties out there it is ridiculous. Check out hopunions website or some other hop substition charts.
