I guess I can make an IPA and just hop the s---t out of it but does anyone have a proven recipe to an Imperial IPA. I have Magnum, Centennial and Chinook hops in pellet form all high AA, and NZ Saaz, and German Saphir in whole sitting in my fridge. Let's brew!:mug:
 
I made a big Rye Pale Ale a few months ago and it turned out awesome....I had a stuck sparge, so my efficiency sucked. Since then I've worked out some kinks in my system and I think I would actually hit my target OG if I tried again (I've brewed bigger beers since then with no problems). As it was, I only hit 1.090 instead of 1.100.

I just kegged my Road King 2IPA last night and boy is it going to be tasty can't wait for it to fully carbonate. Will probably be sipping on it today while I brew an ESB.
I actually had a OG of 20 Plato and it finished out at 7.5 P, it has a great hop flavor and a huge nose, the only thing I will do different next time is to use some Warrior hops along with the Simcoe for the first additions.
