Start to finish

Parts I had from rewiring the garage a few weeks ago

Decided I'd go 3 boxes wide and use the deep 3" metal boxes

This leftover GFCI outlet trim plate almost fits perfectly

A little work with the file and that should do

Because there is no outlet for the trim plate to screw to, a little work with the pliers fixed it up

These pass through wirenuts for ground wires and handy

Had to add the screw to the box, and tighten it down

Added an extension ring to the leftmost box to accomodate the depth of the Inkbird

The tape is just there thicken the sensor lead wire so the clamp will hold it firmly

I should have put 4 wires under the yellow wire nut and only had 1 pigtail run to the inkbirds terminal block. Electrically it's the same, but would have looked better.

4 Hot pigtails under a red wirenut. Feeds into the inkbird and then the controller flips the relays on and off to trigger the outlets.

Video showing everything in action, about 2 mins long.

Happy to answer any questions. I read a lot but don't post much, so thanks.
