just brewed nb's threee hearted, and after dumping wort into primary i noticed about a 4 inch scorched spot in the center of my brew kettle. i didn't boil the grains, and my extract boil wasn't crazy hard, plus i stir now and again. not sure what happened. anyways, do you think i'll have bad tasting beer?
