i finished my NB chinook IPA about a week agao..left the trub/yeast in the bucket...can i re-use this yeast that i left in the bukcet say 14 days later??? or should i just dump it...i do have more yeast that i can use that i save from a previous batch but was wondering if i could get another use out of this one.

Agree with above. 14 days is far too long and will risk an infection.

If I am going to re-use yeast from primary trub, I take it within an hour or two of racking. Using a sanitzed measuring cup, I will either direct pitch into wort, wash and pitch, or wash and store in fridge.
