5lb light wheat
1lb rye
1lb caravienne
1/2 oz centennial FWH
1/2 oz centennial 60min
1oz Amarillo 15min
1oz Amarillo 10min
1oz Amarillo 5min
1oz Amarillo FO

Whacha think?:drunk:

I was actually planning on doing an American Wheat with Marris Otter. I think the wheat would play well with bready flavors of the MO. Give it a shot.

I was thinking of just that too!
2kg of MO and 2 kg of Wheat malt and a pinch of pale choc malt?
