Not a big fan of brown ales. But my brother is he drinks alot of bad penny and new castle. Anyway I brewed up a honey brown ale for him. It's been primary 2 weeks. I was racking some cider so I was like let me take a hydro reading for shi*s and gigs. It was at like 1.012 from OG OF 1.055. And tasted and looked amazing. I think I'm a fan of brown ales now. Looks pretty clear after 14 days 2 !

I've got a brown in bottles right now. Turned out pretty sweet. Wasn't a big fan of browns either but this one isn't as sweet has a nice hop hit. It's always nice to find a palate for more beer styles. That's an Irish red in the Carboy by the way. Cheers
