I am interested in brewing beer for someone who doesn't really like beer. Or rather, someone who likes fruit lambics and New Glarus's Raspberry tart (which actually is quite nice). Suggestions, recipes would be great.

Try something totally different - like a mead or wine. Maybe even Apfelwein?
My next brew will be a Carmel Cream Ale (Excited about this one) this may be a brew to do for you.

An excellent idea - worked out well. I was aiming for something that might be ready in a month or 2.
 
BM's Centennial Blonde got my girlfriend drinking beer... and she HATES beer.

Seriously, his recipe is not only damn good, but a perfect introduction to beer for those that don't like it. I have even used it to convert winos... its that good! :D
 
The apfelwein was a hit. I'll look into the centennial blonde. I have been meaning to implement some of BM's other projects too.
