Hey gang, I'm 5 batches deep and running out of space in the basement to bottle age the beer. I was thinking of buying a garage fridge to keep everything in, but am unsure. I know that the longer you let the beer bottle age the better it gets, but does the cold of the frigde not let the beer age to the extent the warm aging would??
