Oldsock Well-Known Member Joined Sep 26, 2007 Messages 3,303 Reaction score 306 Location DC Dec 17, 2008 #2 The Brooklyn website has some details to send you in the right direction: British Pale Malt to 1.068 Hopped with EKG, Willamette, Centennial, Northdown, and Amarillo. Fermented to 6.8% ABV (which puts the FG around 1.017) Hope that helps.
