need to brew a Double IPA. Can yall check my recipe? It's got mash hops, first wort hops, tons of kettle hops, and dry hops. What do you think?

I added standard measurements for the hop schedule, and while 1 ounce is equal to right about 27 grams, i figure the numbers I put are a close enough conversion for the sake of what I'm trying to do. I like to use grams to avoid things like ".4oz" which is impossible to precisely measure on my home scale.

I love the metric system but wow it's hard to convert when you aren't use to seeing cooking/brewing quantities in metric. I think your hop types and additions look good. I would recommend increasing your crystal addition somewhat to help add some malt backbone to a very hoppy beer with high alcohol. Perhaps some crystal 60 to help level it out or increase the crystal 40. I sometimes like a touch of Munich in my IPAs to give it a biscuity/bready flavor that adds some complexity but not outright flavor.
