I am going to bottle my Saison today, which is sitting at around 10% ABV. I have looked through all of the priming calculators that I can find, but I have NO idea what co2 level to shoot for.
Anyone have an idea ?

Its really to your taste. If you like high carbonation, go towards the higher end, if not, lower end. I'm assuming you aren't going to enter a comp since 10% ABV is already way out of style so its up to you. If it were me, I'd aim for the gut. Worst case scenario, you really like the beer, but not the carbonation, so you know what to do on Batch #2

Bottle bombs won't be an issue unless your beer is not done fermenting. High og beers will generally have high fg due to unfermentables. But if the yeast would not ferment it in the primary/seconday it won't ferment it in the bottle either.
