15.5 Gal. All Electric Brew Kettle

All electric, 15.5 gal. Bayou Classic pot with 5500w Element, themometer, & valve with hose barb. All Brand new.

BOIL TIME ( 11 Gallons of cool tap water):

0-60 min. - 170°F (60 minutes to Strike Water)
60-120 min. - 212°F (60 minutes to Full Boil from hot wort)


I had it on cool concrete so I'm sure I had some heat loss during the tests, but you get the point. The handles on both the pot and the lid stayed cool throughout the entire process. Great for either a HLT or Boil Kettle!

Everything is brand new, those are just water spots on the pot. No dents, no scratches.
