Having another Pumpkin ale from Little Apple after hooking up my temp controller to the fridge and heater, relocating my fermenting hoppy amber to said fridge, and packing up some tallgrass for Hello :D

I was always afraid to get this because I feared it would have a big oyster flavor. Silly me - it's quite good! Thanks FermentNEthinG!

I only have a one can left. I will actually tear up a bit the day I drink it. I love that beer. There is just something about it that is really satisfying.

That's just the goose island portion of my cellar. Lol.

why do you hate your throat & kidneys?

edit:
in light of new evidence, if you find a tattooed bald guy with 12 teeth passed out in your cellar, just give hime a meat & cheese platter then back away slowly.
I few more pictures. Still have lots more room. Thought I'd be cellaring wines too, but that hasn't really happened yet.

Well, I can't beat the pics of that awesome beer cellar, but this is an awesome IPA. Solid.

Maybe they want to start a new thread. This thread is definitely clicky at times. If you noticed most of the posters seemed fairly new to the forum. Perhaps they were intimidated or thought they would not feel like part of the group here. I like how you jumped in and marked the territory with the link for this thread right away haha.

It may seem clicky because most of the people who keep posting are the same. We certainly welcome new members. Hell some people here drink pbr and we dont make fun (that much) :D

Awesome job. Looks like a ton of cutting and finish nailing for the bottle holders. or did you use adhesive? Cedar is an awesome choice. that room has got to smell amazing. As long as you hold your beer farts between selecting a brew and opening it. :drunk:

Yes. Lots of cutting and nailing. One nail grazed my finger. Almost through it. Lol. It does smell great. Need to finish electrical. Cooler is hooked up but need to wire and hang the light.

I agree we were all new to this thread at some point. Always nice to see new people because they may be from different areas and be able to turn others on to some new small brewery diamonds in the rough. I was just trying to come up with another possible explanation for the new thread kther than just ignorance of this ones existence.

I was actually shocked and disappointed i didnt get any crap for posting some bud a couple weeks ago. :D

Last of my naughty nurses. Beers that is..hopefully the first of many real ones is right around the corner. ;D

I leave the clique for the tap room. I'd jump in and post but it generally moves fast and they're hardly welcoming. Not that I'm complaining, I can hold my own with those people and then some, I just tend to go here. This thread hasn't pushed out new posters that I've seen or experienced.

Drinking a Bison Chocolate Stout. It's just okay.

Ha! What a stupid idea for a thread. What are you supposed to do? Post pictures of what you're currently drinking and discuss what everyone's drinking. No thanks. How lame...

No kidding! I doubt it will last long or have many posts. I cant even think of a reason to be apart of that type of thread :drunk:

Almost afraid to ask this as I'll see the homebrewers wet dream, do you brew?
Believe me I'm jealous.
Fins, I put a hurting on the turkey, spatchcocked it, dry brined with rosemary, sage and garlic from the garlic, was going to smoke it but it is going to be cold and very windy on Turkey day and I don't feel like fighting with it.
HB Belgium IPA.

Yeah ... next thing you know they'll post that they're drinking coffee or something.

Oh, and on topic - water. One more day of work to go! ;)

I bet they even post when they're drinking something else like water or coffee!

Drinking a bomber of my Smoked Black Saison.

Definitely do brew. Not much goes in the cellar since I drink my homebrews on a regular basis but I have started to brew sours now and I'll be cellaring them. I do have a few home brews in there. Way in the back though. Right now not a complex setup. Just ten gallon coolers. Moving to electric brewing though; one barrel setup. That is probably about a year away though.

I agree as it seems like we've had similar good experiences. Haha but ask the gang where the term "homer" came from. That was definitely not welcoming!

To everyone's defense that guy was definitely a confrontational tool bag.

No joke. I can't see any thread like that lasting anywhere near 70,000 posts.
