Beersmith2 newbie problems

I just got Beersmith 2 downloaded the other day...and I'm new to the hobby.

I have a new recipe started and I chose fruit cider for the type.

Issues I'm having:

1. I am literally pouring cider into a carboy...so there is no equipment choice for that. So my recipe changes unless I pick the right thing.

2. Where to find "apple juice & brown sugar" ....it's not under hops or misc or anything else I try.

Am I missing something?
