working on my 2nd AG batch today. much easier then the 1st time and alot less stressfull and making alot more sense now.
brewing up a summer ipa with Amarillo, Cascade and Magnum hops.
I had some left over Amarillo around and modified my original plan a bit by throwing in a .5oz of it in the to first wort. so will see how that works out.
so far so good and I missed my preboil SG by .003 it helps when you remember to use a temperature correction on the hydrometer.
