I use Beer-Line-Cleaner (BLC). I'll mix a couple quarts in a cornie, attach a line and run enough to fill it. Once all lines are full, I'll wait 15 minutes and then re-fill them. I take a nipple brush and clean each tap. I go back a third time, running about a cup of cleaner through the tap. Then I'll put about a gallon of hot water in the cornie, flush a quart of hot water through each tap and then blow the lines clear with the CO2 left in the cornie.
So far, no problems and I haven't had to dismantle any stuck taps.
