So, I have one regulator, but if I bought a second one would I be able to attach it to the first and have 2 regulated lines? The dual regulators just look like you unscrew the gauge on the left, add a brass connector in between and screw the other on. Is this just wishful thinking?lol

Not wishful thinking, that's exactly how it's done. You have to match the threads between the two, making sure the added body will accept your high pressure gauge, then getting a pipe nipple with the correct threads to connect the high pressure output port from the original body with the input port of the added body.

There are a few vendors that sell "add a body" or "add a primary" setups, most will talk over the phone to make sure you order the right bits...

Cheers!
