I have 5 gallons and its watery, do I add around 1 1/2 cups of lactose to sweeten?
Im hoping to bottle today if it tastes right.

Do you treat it like a primer?
Adding it to water boiling and then putting into the bottling bucket?

That'll work - toss it in with your priming sugar, boil it for ten minutes to sanitize.

The lactose is nonfermentable, why would bottle bombs be an issue, anyway?
