I made a red ale inspired by Rogue's Dry Hopped Red and I can't decide if I should dry hop it with Centennial or Chinook or half and half. I added Chinook at 60 min and Centennial at flame out. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Chinook can be a bit harsh. I'd definitely go with Centennial.

I'd go with half and half. I've always found that smaller amounts of several hops gives better results than large amounts of one hop for dry hopping. Chinook's harshness is more of a problem when used for bittering.
