This is my first post, so I would like to start by saying hello to everyone. Hello! I’m getting ready to start my first batches of brew, and have pretty much been able to track down every type of recipe that I would want on this site except for this one. I would like to brew a pale ale that is as similar as possible to Dundee Pale Ale. If anyone has an all-grain recipe that would get me close, I would very much appreciate it. And yes, even though it’s my first time, I am dead set on going all grain. I just have a desire to see the process from beginning to end. Thanks for your time, and I look forward to your responses. :mug:

Well, I've had it once. But looking on the website gives some clues.

Dundee Pale Ale

A wonderfully balanced true pale ale. Cascade, Tomahawk, and Amarillo hops create a citrusy aroma with a smooth, crisp finish. A subdued malt character nicely complements the hop complexity and produces an orangey amber hue.
ABV: 5.3%
IBUs: 35

So if I was to make it, my first try would be something like this...

That might help you get started. Since the beer is a favorite of yours you may know the taste a little better and could make some adjustments.

Thanks, dfohio. I might be giving that a try in the very near future. I'll let you know how it comes out.
