How can I fix this ? I would like to sweeten it a bit. I did do a half and half half cider 2 gal and half grain 2 gal plus I added 3 hops I don't have the list in front of me now but it was an oz all together. Any info would help I just transferred it to my secondary and took my reading OG WAS 1.052 and the fg was 1.007

Give it time. Sour tends to mellow out in my experience. If you keg, stabilize with campden and potassium sorbate and add a can of frozen apple juice concentrate.

I like the sound of that any particular brand I should go for ? And just add the can to the batch without water is what you're saying right ?

I use the cheapest wally world brand frozen concentrate. No water. Start with one. Mix it well, but try not to aerate. Taste and evaluate.
