This is probably not something worthy of a post; but, since I have been patiently reading these boards and not posting anything for a good couple of months, I feel it is justified. I pitched some safbrew-WB06 yeast into a nice, summery apricot-wheat wort about 3-4 days ago and nothing...no visible signs of fermentation, no spec gravity change, and no bubbles. It was well aerated, cooled down, and kept at an even 70 degrees F. Finally, this morning, a little healthy krausen and BuBbLeSsSs!!!! <--if you are honest with yourself, that's what you really want right? bubbles.

I just felt like sharing my joy and acknowledging the wealth of information and advice one can find on this board. Especially for those of us who are somewhat anxious for results.

Thanks! Cheers! (<--sometime after 5pm)
