Just tried my 1st brew last night. It is a Bavarian Wheat and it was GREAT! One week in primary, one week in secondary, and 3 weeks in bottle. Carbonation was perfect. I had it with a wedge of lemon and loved it so much I drank 3 more. Brewed second batch today- English Pale Ale. Hope it is as good.
