In search of a good muscadine wine recipe

If anyone has had good results from a great recipe for muscadine wine i would love to try it. Ive seen several and they all appear a little different. Im wanting to make about 5 gals. Im kinda new here hope this is the right way to go about this.
Thanks so much for this website. Im also trying a first time at a homebrew.Skip in AR.

go to EC Kraus website, click on recipes, there are two on the recipe page, and it is a good recipe, be sure to use your hydrometer and buy an acid titration kit to check the must BEFORE you add the yeast, let us know how it turns out.

I know that the acid in muscadines is the primary concern, but if you work at it, it will make a phenomenal wine.
