So I'm going through the Brewing Classic Styles book, and I keep encountering recipes that call for English Pale Ale LME. Now, I can't find anything in any store that's specifically called that. Is this just a generic term? From my search, everyone just keeps mentioning Munton's. Are all Munton's extracts an English Pale Ale LME? If that's the case, then how would one know whether to get light, amber, etc.? I'm just confused what's being called for by "English Pale Ale LME".

English Pale Ale LME is just a generic term, use any light/pale liquid extract from an English malt extract producer.
