Well I haven't been on here for a few weeks now because I've been way to busy at work, I haven't had a chance to even sit down for more then a month. Well last night a had my first chance to relax and I did!
I made my first attempt at a mini-mash from AHBS, and I think I missed my mash by 1,000,000 points. I've never done a mash before and I realized while I was in the middle of steeping that I really had no idea what I was doing. But I made beer no the less.
It started as a honey blond kit, but I added some extra grains that I had laying around. So when the time comes I'll let you know how it turned out.
For now, back to the grind.
P.S. for those who remember me complaining about my job a few months ago, I am bucking for about a $10k raise inthe next 2 months!!!! I hope all this hard work will finally pay off!
