looking to do a simple porter.only i am going to throw some peppers in the juicer then throwing that in the boil. has anyone tried this with good results.
I would NOT boil them....If you add, do it at the very end just to kill anything on there. If you boil for too long, you can tend to leech some off flavors. It does work but remeber a little goes a long way....You can always add more later after fermentation if you want it hotter.
