What is this collecting on the inside of my starter bottles?

Looks like nothing to worry about, probably just some tiny bubbles. What is plugging the hole of the erlenmeyer flask or glass jar you are using?
Looks like either the start of a krauzen, or the remnants of a krauzen, depending on where in the starter process you are...in other words, it looks normal to me.

What Revvy said, but it's better known as "Braun Kreusen"...same thing as on the inside of your primaries...nothing to worry about.
