Maximize space for Brewing help!

So my house finally sold which means I can move once my new one gets built. In the new house there is a Shed attached to it that is basically an 8ft cube. Im thinking of turning into a brewshed. Would 8x8 be enough to efficiently use as a brew shed?

I plan on brewing with a brutus clone (when I finish it only about 50% atm)
and a hood for the shed. I would need room for storage of all my other stuff (about 4 rubbermaid totes 3 x 1.5 x 1.5)

Might be cramped quarters unless you have hard piped water to attach to without hoses all over the floor for water and take care of anything else that happens to lay on the floor during your brew day.
