Just took my first pull of this one... ho-ly-cow.... I think I'm in love. This is my first homebrewed IPA since a kit in January that was jjust "eh" I'm gonna have to keep this guy on tap as much as possible. BIG BIG hops flavor/aroma and bitter as hell. Just like Ian Paisley.
 
lol i must say the name is genius. didnt you say you've been to northern ireland before? he's stepping down from head of DUP and first minister in about a month.

Don't think i've had a beer over 100 IBU. ive made an IPA to about 67 IBU and it was good. would this be a big shock to me if i tried a batch? we dont get chinook or simcoe here would amarillo be a good substitute? what other hops could i look for, galena?
