this last weekend a friend and I went and purchased a Beer starter kit and have that rockin and rollin. I perfer hard ciders and i would like to start making my own. Where we go to purchase our ingredients and supplies they do not really have to much on Hard Cider. Is there a site i could go to and see how to make it? Like what steps are needed and what not.

The forum you just posted to has GREAT info on making cider.

The easiest way is using 100% pure apple juice, no preservatives.

Your LHBS should carry different strains of yeast. Red star Montrachet and Cotes de Blanc are proven yeasts people have used in making ciders and apple wines.
