I want to make a St Arnolds Lawnmower. Anyone have a good clone recipe? I don't have the all-grain materials so it's going to have to be an extract or a mini-mash.

I plan on using the new Wyeast Greenbelt yeast from AHS, but could use a different one if the flavor needed it.

Thanks in advance,

Chad

I looked for a clone awhile back, with no luck. The Saint Arnold website is very informative however. Pale male, a little wheat, four additions of German hallertauer. They use a Kolsch yeast and ferment it at lager temps.

When I was thinking about this, I decided it would probably be hard to get really close with a clone, just because the beer is so light and subtle, not to mention the lager temps. Still, I'm sure you could make a great Kölsch, and others might disagree about the difficulty.
