Two weeks ago I brewed Bee Cave Robust Porter from the recipe section here. SG was 1.072, checked it today and it was 1.028. Tasted sweet. It has been at 64degs for the whole 2 weeks. I used SO4 for the yeast. The only thing I changed was to use Marris Otter instead of 2-row.
Haven't had this happen before. It seems like it is very far off. I batch sparge and everything went well. The SG was .01 higher then called for.
I'm thinking maybe warm it up a little and shake?
Any other ideas?
Repitch?
If I warm it up should I do this over a couple of days or a warm water bath?

Patience, check gravity again in 3 days. I would think a couple more weeks are in order at that temperature.
