Is this a good deal?

It could be a potentially very good deal. The only problem is with the refridgerant needed refilled. You would have to have someone do this for you unless you are capable and are able to buy it. Other than that it looks like it's in decent enough shape for $100 with the understanding that you will have to invest some time and money to get it real nice.
 
You could part it out and scrap it for more than $100.00 if you wanted. I'd pick it up for sure, then have it checked by a technician for leaks and get it refilled.
 
I'm sure it is set up for sanke kegs. I have no experience in kegging, is that something that would be easy to convert over?
 
Yep very easy to convert to Ball/Pin locks, or you could just use Sanke's like I do. ;)
