Quick question about aeration...
I picked up a little aeration system that is basically an aquarium pump, hepa filter, and airstone. I'm a little fuzzy on when to aerate. Do I aerate after delivering cooled wort to the carboy after my boil prior to pitching yeast? Or do I aerate right after I pitch yeast?
