Well, when I was in the process of transferring my AW to a bottling bucket, I let the siphon slip down and stir up some of the yeast. Now that I have had it in the bottles for a week or so, the yeast that was stirred up has settled in the bottles.

Is this going to have any affect on the flavor of the AW, especially when left to age over 4+ months? Thanks.

I wouldn't think so. I have left Apfelwein in a carboy for 10 months, kegged, force carbed and served with no off flavors. Shouldn't be any different in a bottle.

No different than the yeast leftover in bottle from naturally carbonating apfelwein. Don't stress about it.
