5.0% ABV Dry Stout - Question about life expectancy

I have a dry stout I brewed last week, and the cooled hydrometer sample tastes amazing.

Will this beer last until June? If it remains good, there's a competition that month I've got my eye on. I plan on bottling this batch up Feb 23rd. Will aging in bottles for 3.5 months have any negative affects on the beer since it's not a high gravity stout?

Also, how long should I let it a couple samples bottle condition before moving it to cooler temps to save until then?

It won't last that long if you keep sampling it.

I have beers that have been bottled for over a year and they are much better that when I took the hydrometer sample. No worries except to keep an eye on the brewer so he/she doesn't drink them all.

It's pretty much all about the sanitation. If it's good, it'll keep for a lot longer than four months. If it's not, better drink it young, if at all...
