Hi Folks,

I am trying to find the technical analysis of Briess 40L Crystal Malt (repackaged by LD Carlson) so I can put the information into Beersmith.

Does anyone happen to have that information handy?

I looked on the Briess website but didn't find any pages containing technical analysis of their malts.

Thanks,

Alex

I contacted Briess through their website - hopefully they will come back with an analysis.

Yeah the really only important number is the gravity and color, which in your case is 40 Lovibond. The rest of it is proportionally less significant, so those numbers should be fine.
