I brewed northern brewers Patersbier extract kit last weekend, and tasted the hydrometer sample last night. It is going to be awesome! It looks like it will come in around 5% abv, and about 27IBU. The aroma and flavor were distincly belgian, with almost witbier qualities.
I would definitely suggest giving this one a try.

Have fun brewing! I will update this post in a couple of weeks when I give it a true taste test. I will be conditioning for about another 3 weeks, then about a week to force carb.
