What temp does the montrachet yeast ferment best at??

Just trying to find the best temp, so I know where to set my carboy. I will be adding my 5 gallons to the running total.
 
I agree with Rich. I just let it sit out at room temperature on my kitchen table. Be prepared for a couple of days worth of sulfur farts from the fermenter until things settle down a little.
 
The sulfer smell isn't too bad. I've got it sitting off of my diningroom right now. The smell lasted for 2-3 days, starting about 2 days into it, but was never very bad. Get to bottle it in a few weeks :)
