I am getting ready to buy my new 100 qt SS stockpot. So far AMZ has the Update International and Johnson Rose. JR is 50 more, I am wondering if anyone has experiences with Johnson Rose pot? I heard that they are a good brand. Their website doesn't provide any specifics ie wall thickness or if handles are rivited or welded.
Considering them due to the clad bottom. Its a personal preference.
